This article details the instructions for BU Staff accessing shared/secondary university mailboxes on the MS Outlook desktop application on MacOS computers.



To add an additional shared mailbox to your Outlook instance, perform the following steps while you have the Outlook application running:



The last step is to type in the email address of the BU shared mailbox account that you are trying to add. If you have the correct permissions, the account should show up in Outlook's left-hand column, underneath your primary email account header (ie your own BU mailbox account)
