Outlook not receiving messages?
Sometimes Outlook will stop receiving new messages. You might not even notice it at first. One possibility is that it has someone switched to "Working Offline"
You can quickly check the settings to see if that is the case by looking near the bottom right corner of your Outlook window and see if it says "Connected to Exchange" or if it says "Working Offline"
To fix this problem, just click the "Send and Receive" tab at the top of outlook, then deselect the "Work Offline" button on the far right side.
