Brandon University has three levels of licenses for Microsoft 365. To stay compliant with our licensing agreements these licenses are automatically assigned based on role.
- Continuing Full-time & Part-Time Faculty & Staff are assigned an A3 license.
- Contract Academic Staff & Casual Employees are assigned an A1 license.
- Active Students are assigned an A3 license.
- Alumni and Retirees of BU are assigned a Mailbox Only License.
