E-signatures can be created with Adobe Acrobat Pro or by taking a picture of your signature on a white paper and inserting the image.

A subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro can be purchased for faculty and staff for a yearly rate.  If you would like to go this route, we can provide you with the cost and then we would get the budget code from you that you would like it to charge it to,along with confirmation from your Dean/Director.  It takes a few days to procure the license from our provided.  The subscription year starts in February with Adobe, so acquiring it later in the year will have a slightly lower cost for the remainder of the year.  Adobe Acrobat Pro allows a user to create, edit, fill and sign PDF files, Microsoft fils and more.


The free route is to take a picture of your signature on white paper (with your phone or a webcam), save the image file (crop extra white space from it) and insert the image where needed for MS Word or other documents that let you upload a signature image.
