In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, the user can click their initials and then click "Sign out".

 Example:

After they are signed out they will be presented with a Teams login screen.

If the users' BU account does not show as a login option (will only show after a successful login) then click "Use another account or sign up"

Verify the correct account signed in and that cached credentials did not take over and sign the user into their other Teams account.

To verify the correct account is used, the user will want to click their initials again in the upper-right hand corner of the screen and make sure the email address displayed is their BU address.

Example:

NOTE:  If the above steps do not work.  Try signing out of Teams again, reboot your computer then sign into Teams.

If you are using Teams through a web browser, clear the browser cache and try singing in again
