If you are accessing BU courses within Moodle, you may come across a situation in which you are unable to view the full content of faculty/tutor feedback on submitted assignments.
This is a known technical issue for devices running the web browser "Safari" on Apple devices. This includes:
- MacOS laptops and desktops
- iPhones
- iPads
The current workarounds for BU Users affected by this issue:

Install another web browser on your device, and access the website https://moodle.brandonu.ca through the alternate web browser.
- The most recommend and supported browsers for BU Moodle access is either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Visit https://firefox.com or https://www.google.com/chrome/ on your device to download and install the alternate browser.
- Contact your faculty instructor or course manager for the full context of the feedback.
