This article will describe how to display your other permitted extensions on your display so that you can see incoming calls and/or answer them. If you haven't been setup with permissions to view the other extension, then it won't be visible, and you'll need to create a new ticket request.

- Find an open area on the display where you want the extension to show up and press one of the "Line" keys directly beside it.
- Click the "Add" soft key.
- Click the "Feature" soft key.
- Select the option which shows the extension number. Eg T500 would be extension 500.
- That's it, press the home "Phone" key to exit.
