This article will describe how to log into and review messages in a voicemail that is not your own extension.


  1. Press the Message button on your phone or dial 400
  2. Press *
  3. Enter the extension of the mailbox you want to retrieve the messages from
  4. Press #
  5. Enter the password the for the voicemail box
  6. Press #


You have now logged into the voicemail box. You can listen to the messages as you normally would in your own mailbox.
