- Open Windows menu and open the settings menu
 - From Settings menu choose "Apps"
 - On the left menu choose "Default Apps"
 - Scroll down on right hand menu to choose "Set defaults by app" link
 - Click on "Adobe Reader" and click "Manage"
 - Find ".pdf" and choose "Adobe Reader" as tool for opening PDFs
