1) Download the Zoom Plugin For Microsoft Outlook software using the following link: https://zoom.us/download
2) Find the ZoomOutlookPlugin.msi file that was just downloaded, and double-click on it to run. If you cannot find the file, please check your Downloads folder in your browser. Accept all default settings during the install.
3) Open the Outlook desktop client (not the web browser), then click the Calendar view in the bottom left:
Then see if the zoom toolbar shows at the top of the screen.
Troubleshooting
If this does not show the plug-in, then try rebooting your computer and see if that works. If there are any error messages during the install process, please contact the HelpDesk.
